Varisun Solar Remediation Systems can save time, energy and money on your remediation projects. The systems are mounted on foldable skids that are easily moved and deployed in minutes. The vapor extraction systems come with regenerative blowers for efficiency and reliability; a steel 50-gallon water knockout tank with high-level switch, 4 well manifold. An air flow meter and vacuum transducer are standard on the units. An optional Telemetry package connects the system to the internet and mobile device.
These systems are ideal for sites when power is unavailable or where it’s too costly or takes too long to get service. Since the systems are mobile and self-contained; a building permit is not required in most cases; further reducing the deployment time and cost.
Our control system senses the energy available and the work that the blower is doing. The VariSun controls adjust the blower accordingly. The VariSun Remediation systems operate 10 to 12 hours per day in the summer months. About 6 hours the system will run at full speed; the rest of the time at partial flow and vacuum or pressure.

This 6 kW VS - SVE - 200cfm Trailer is our most mobile off-Grid Soil Vapor Extraction System. It is a self-contained and self-standing turn-key remediation system ready to run on delivery. This SVE trailer has 12 - 420w Mission Solar panels making it a 6KW power generator that runs the blowers with the available sun light. Deployment only takes a few minutes with its built-in winch. A jack at every corner of the trailer gives the system stability. This particular system has a 5 well manifold and two blowers with a blower selector switch to run either High Vacuum or High flow depending on site conditions. Online monitoring and data recording helps save time and money on operating costs.

The VS-SVE06-LV 250 cfm VariSun Solar Powered SVE System
The VariSun Soil Vapor Extraction Systems work with direct solar energy. These units are self-contained; they are ready to run upon delivery. The total set-up is just 2 to 3 hours. Our line of Vapor extraction systems is modular and comes in various sizes depending on the amount of vacuum required.

The VS-AS03 44 cfm Varisun Solar Air Sparge System
Comes with remote on/off, cellular telemetry system that can monitor pressure, flow and operation time and adjust speed. This is the same system used at NASA Kennedy Space Center. Monthly rental: $1,900 - $3,200 depending on rental length and pressure requirements. This is a complete remediation package, energy included. It runs on direct solar energy. These Solar systems are self-contained and ready to run upon delivery. The total set-up is just 2 to 3 hours. Sub-Slab Depressurization & Soil Vapor Extraction System
Designed to remove hazardous volatile organic compounds from below concrete sub-slab. The system is ideal for removing vapors at dry cleaner sites and vapor intrusion projects. Equipment is available for purchase or rental. The SVE unit draws air from the soil that volatizes compounds. The contaminated VOCs are treated with granulated active carbon. 5 HP regenerative blower with VFD and manifold are all mounted to skid. The unit is connected to 8 sub-slab and 3 wells.
