The VariSun Soil Vapor Extraction System works with direct solar energy. This green remediation system is self-contained and ready to run upon delivery. The total set-up is just 2 to 3 hours. Our line of Vapor extraction systems is modular and comes in various sizes depending on the amount of vacuum required. These systems are ideal for sites when power is unavailable or where it is too costly or takes too long to get service. Since the systems are mobile and self-contained; a building permit is not required in most cases; further reducing the deployment time and cost. Our control system senses the energy available and the work that the blower is doing. The VariSun controls adjust the blower accordingly. The VariSun Remediation systems operate 10 to 12 hours per day in the summer months. About 6 hours the system will run at full speed; the rest of the time at partial flow and vacuum or pressure.

​The vapor extraction systems come with regenerative blowers for efficiency and reliability; a steel 50-gallon water knockout tank with high-level switch, 4 well manifold. An air flow meter and vacuum transducer are standard on the units. An optional Telemetry package connects the system to the internet and mobile device. Since we design and build the systems; they can be customized to fit your project site.
