The VariSun systems work with direct solar energy. These Solar systems are self-contained; they are ready to run upon delivery. The total set-up is just 2 to 3 hours. Our line of Vapor extraction systems are modular come in various sizes depending on amount of vaccuum required.

The SVE systems are mounted inside the Self standing solar pod. One 3 KW pod can run a 200cfm, 90 (inH?0), 4.6 HP, 240 VAC, 3Phase blower. The pod wings fold down for transportation allowing the systems to be shipped or to be transported and deploy on flatbed trailer.

The vapor extraction systems come with regenerative blowers for efficiency and reliability. ; a steel 50 gallon water knockout tank with high level switch, 4 well manifold. An Air flow meter and vacuum transducer are standard on the units. An optional Telemetry package connects the system to the internet and mobile device.
These systems are ideal for sites when power is unavailable or where its too costly or takes too long to get service. Since the systems are mobile and self-contained; a building permit is not required in most cases; further reducing the deployment time and cost.
Our Control system senses the energy available and the work that the blower is doing. The VariSun controls adjust the blower accordingly. The VariSun Remediation systems operate 10 to 12 hours per day in the summer months. About 6 hours the system will run at full speed; the rest of the time at partial flow and vacuum or pressure.
Since we design and build the systems; they can be customized to fit your project site.
Additionally, Sustainable Technologies has a rental fleet that is great for tests since it can be deployed as soon as the client is ready.
